When I started this business in 1999, I started with a small carpet cleaning machine. I noticed a lot of customers had issues with stains reappearing and carpets not drying fast enough. This inspired me to research how I can solve this issue that many clients, and non clients, had. I began to get as many certifications as I could and trying out many different products and methods until I figured out how to get the best possible results. This dedication paid off and my clients noticed the difference.
